On May 23rd, this horse completed a turf trial at Conghua over 1000m in sections of 4-4-4, showing remaining energy. Three weeks ago, he ran poorly over Sha Tin’s 1200m, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear with an even pace but no finishing burst. A subsequent barrier trial showed acceptable performance. Another Happy Valley 1200m trial was completed recently with a time difference compared to other horses in the group; this race requires a hold-up tactic. While his finishing kick isn’t as strong as rivals, a favorable barrier draw and overall good positioning make him worth considering.
