HAPPY TANGO

On June 26th (dirt trial 1200m: 4-3-1), the horse switched lanes after 300 meters and was urged forward. Seven weeks ago, in a Sha Tin turf 1400m race, it performed poorly despite leading with a steady pace, finishing well behind. Following a short break, a trial showed some improvement. Returning to racing at Happy Valley over a sprint distance, the horse will carry an additional three pounds this time. It has previously won twice over this course and distance and is competitively timed within its group. Expected to settle in a good position tracking the leaders, with a favorable barrier draw, the work looks sufficient. While lacking a strong finishing kick, the overall situation remains promising for a potential win.
