On April 7th, the horse recorded a dirt trial over 1200m with section times of 2-2-1, running easily and outpacing opponents. On June 19th, during a dirt trial at Conghua over 1200m, it showed continuous momentum while advancing from the bend. Six weeks ago in its last run over the same distance, the performance was poor; it jumped slowly and settled towards the rear, making a mid-race effort but fading significantly to finish well back. Two barrier trials have shown improvement. This time, there is no weight reduction, facing unfavorable competition within the group and drawing an outside barrier. A weak finishing kick makes its prospects challenging despite potentially settling in a good position tracking the leaders; it’s unlikely to be competitive this race.
