MASTER CHAMPION

On August 29th, during a turf trial at Conghua over 1200m (sections recorded as 3-3-1), the horse travelled on the outside rail and won with minimal urging. This is its seasonal debut following an initial barrier trial showing slight improvement. Dropping back in class for its first race, it switches to a Happy Valley sprint, running this distance for the first time. It will carry an 18lb penalty this race. Despite potentially drawing a good barrier, its style suggests it may prefer longer distances and the shorter trip is unfavorable; expect a trailing finish.
