This will be his first attempt at a straight-course race and he won't carry extra weight this time. He has the potential to track the leaders, and can challenge for the lead. Based on current form, he appears superior to other contenders in the field. Matthew Chadwick takes the ride, establishing good synergy with both the horse and trainer. Despite potentially unfavorable distance, a poor barrier draw requires a hold-up strategy; however, his finishing kick may not match rivals'. A clean break should allow him to track the pace and secure a forward position comfortably.
