GIANT BALLON

On September 27th, a Happy Valley turf trial over 1200m saw the horse urged forward but showing limited improvement (barrier trial positions: 3-4-6). On September 16th, a Sha Tin turf trial over 1000m also indicated little progress with urging at the 200m mark (9-8-7). A dirt trial in Conghua over 1000m on August 25th saw a slightly slow start but settled comfortably within the field. This is its debut run as a new arrival, having begun training in Hong Kong in early June. Three barrier trials have been undertaken this season without demonstrating significant potential; further assessment after one race is recommended.
