Three weeks ago, this horse ran well over a Sha Tin 1400m. He was slow to jump and settled towards the back of the field, showing good acceleration in the middle stages and maintaining a consistent pace. Now dropping back in class, he will trial again over a Sha Tin 1800m. This time needing to carry an additional 26 pounds, with a slower section time compared to rivals and drawing an unfavorable outside barrier, his finishing kick appears questionable and the form is not ideal. Despite showing enough early speed to track the leaders, he may struggle to hold position at the finish, and a late workout does little to inspire confidence for this race.
