Four weeks ago, this horse performed well over a Sha Tin 1600m race, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear with a consistent pace but showing late acceleration. Switching to a Sha Tin 1800m distance now for its first attempt at this trip, it benefits from a three-pound weight reduction. However, the distance is not ideal, requiring a hold-up tactic. Despite lacking strong finishing power compared to rivals and an unfavorable overall situation, drawing an inside barrier provides some compensation.
