Three weeks ago, this horse performed well over a Sha Tin 1200m race, jumping slowly and settling towards the back but finishing with a strong run. On its debut over a Sha Tin 1400m distance, it benefits from a two-pound weight reduction this time, though the step up in trip is not ideal and it has drawn an outside barrier. It's expected to be held up again, however, lacked sufficient finishing kick compared to rivals making the situation unfavourable. Despite being worked well before the race, it’s considered more of a trial run.
