Four weeks ago, this horse ran an acceptable race over a Happy Valley 1200m, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear. He made a mid-race effort but couldn't close the gap. Now stepping up to Sha Tin over 1400m for his first attempt at this distance, he benefits from a seven-pound weight reduction. However, the distance is not ideal and drawing an outside barrier presents a disadvantage. Despite improving form, a trailing position is expected.
