Four weeks ago, this horse ran poorly over 1800m on Sha Tin turf, staying towards the rear with a steady pace throughout and an unremarkable run. In his subsequent 2000m Sha Tin turf effort, the conditions were not ideal and the draw was poor. If he runs from the rear again, his closing speed may not match the competition. The relationship between jockey and trainer is not particularly harmonious; despite having a good record in this distance and performing respectably with the same group previously, he remains worth noting.
