On August 31st, he ran in a Sha Tin turf barrier trial over 800m (2-2-8), finishing second in the lead group but unable to sustain in the final section. This is his first start this season; two months ago, he ran a disappointing mile on the dirt. He jumped slowly and settled towards the rear, maintaining a steady pace throughout with lackluster running style. A recent trial did not provide enough experience. He subsequently ran over 1200m on Happy Valley turf, but his time performance was not outstanding, and he was at a significant disadvantage in position. Running from the rear, his finishing kick may not match that of his rivals, and there isn't a strong synergy between the jockey and trainer; he is not suitable for this race.
