(8/24 Sha Tin turf trial 1000m: 8-7-3) Strong jockey ride has improved performance compared to previous efforts. Making its first start this season, the horse ran poorly in a straight-up race three months ago, tracking near the front with an even pace but lackluster movement. Fortunately, it wasn't too far behind, finishing only three and a half lengths off the winner. A trial run showed slight improvement. Returning to Happy Valley turf for a shorter trip this time with four pounds less, the horse has four wins from fourteen starts. Its recent form in this group is decent, and it draws an ideal barrier. The finishing burst is the strongest in its current field. The jockey has a good handle on this horse, and the connections work well together. Recent workouts have been sound; however, its current form doesn't quite align with the race conditions, making it a worthwhile outsider bet.
