On April 17th, this horse recorded (dirt trial 1200m: 2-3-8), fading in the middle stages and dropping back. Five weeks ago, over Sha Tin turf 1200m, it showed a decent performance, jumping slowly but finishing strongly with good momentum. A recent barrier trial did not yield impressive results. Now switching to Sha Tin turf 1400m for its debut at this distance, the horse will race without any additional weight, although stepping up in trip is potentially unfavorable. Despite drawing an inside barrier, a likely tactic of settling back early means it's primarily a trial run to assess form.
