Two weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed well, jumping slowly and settling towards the back of the field. It made a good move in the middle stages, maintaining its momentum. This time it has a two-pound weight reduction, with comparable times within the group. The strategy will be to settle towards the back again, relying on a strong finishing kick which is expected to be the best in the field. The horse is in good form and Andrea Atzeni takes the ride; the jockey understands the horse’s capabilities and should not be underestimated.
