ACROSS DA UNIVERSE

Two weeks ago, in a race over the same distance, the performance was acceptable, settling in a good position tracking the leaders and making a mid-race move but failing to sustain it to the finish. This time, carrying two pounds less weight, the horse has failed to win in six attempts at this distance. The plan is to settle back in the field, however, its finishing kick isn't strong enough compared to its rivals, leaving its chances questionable. Despite having similar times as others in the group and drawing an inside barrier, it’s not considered a leading contender in this race.
