On 2/5, in a dirt trial over 1200m (sections: 5-6-5), the horse was forced to maintain pace throughout and failed to reach its expected level. Four weeks ago, over the same distance, it performed poorly with a slow start and settled towards the rear. It showed some effort in the middle stages but lacked stamina and finished well-beaten. A recent barrier trial didn't demonstrate any improvement. This race features a one-pound weight reduction, but its overall form is unfavorable, offering little prospect even against similarly timed competition within its group.
