A slow jump saw the horse settle towards the rear, making a mid-race move and chasing well to finish second, beaten by only half a length – a good level of form. This time carrying just a 3lb penalty, with proven form at this distance and favorable timing within its group, it should be able to secure a good position tracking the leaders. Compared to other contenders, it possesses a stronger overall capability. Showing positive signs currently, despite drawing an outside barrier and potentially lacking a strong finishing kick, it still has prospects for a forward run.
