ROMANTIC LAOS

On April 17th, completed a dirt trial over 1200m (sections: 6-5-5) with an easy pace and relaxed demeanor. Eight weeks ago, ran a respectable race on the dirt mile, jumping slowly but finishing strongly with a good late run. Following a short break, underwent one barrier trial without being fully extended. Most recently trialled over Sha Tin’s 1600m turf track; this time requires carrying an additional four pounds. Times within its trial group were unremarkable and the barrier draw is not considered advantageous. Despite gatework improvements and thorough preparation, it's not favored for this race.
