A turf trial on December 16th (16/12) over 1000m revealed a lack of speed and fell short of expectations. This is a South African import with a MA288 predicted rating of 52. It has raced five times overseas, achieving one win and two second places, typically needing to settle in mid-division but showing only moderate form. Three barrier trials this season have been underwhelming. Making its Hong Kong debut in this race, it’s advisable to assess its performance first.
