Three weeks ago (16/12), this horse recorded sections of 3-3-3-4 in a turf trial over 1600m, moving out at the 300m mark and maintaining a strong position. On 1/12, during a dirt trial at Conghua over 1200m (sections 3-4-4), he showed moderate effort but was not disgraced. A further dirt trial on 14/11 over 1200m saw sections of 3-4-4 with some urging along the straight, appearing slightly strained. This is an Australian import, rated at a predicted score of 90 by MA288. He has raced five times overseas for one win and one second, typically racing prominently but showing finishing speed in the final stages. He’s had four trials this season with unremarkable results. This will be his debut run; it is recommended to observe his performance first.
