Three weeks ago, this horse ran disappointingly over a Sha Tin 2000m distance, settling in a good position tracking the leaders but weakening significantly in the final stages. He returned a poor result. In his last run at Happy Valley over 1800m, he was at a time disadvantage compared to other horses in the same group and had an unfavorable barrier draw. His finishing kick was moderate and trainer-jockey combination wasn’t ideal. Despite a five-pound weight reduction for this race and having some previous form over this distance allowing him to compete with the leaders, chances appear limited.
