Fourteen days ago, this horse delivered a strong performance over a Happy Valley mile, settling towards the rear and maintaining a consistent pace before making up significant ground in the final stages to finish third, beaten by one and a half lengths. A subsequent attempt over Happy Valley 1800m proved less successful, hampered by an unfavorable draw. The finishing kick wasn’t prominent and the trainer-jockey combination hasn't been particularly strong. However, with proven form over this distance and respectable sectionals in the same class, it cannot be dismissed.
