Horse analysis
On September 18th, in a Sha Tin turf trial over 1600m (10-10-9-7), the horse fumbled at the start and required a whip cue, only slightly closing the gap. On September 7th in another Sha Tin turf trial over 1600m (10-10-10-7), the horse started slowly but drifted forward after settling in. Returning after a long break and this being his first start of the season, he previously raced on the same course in April and performed excellently. Although his break from the start was slow, he maintained a steady pace further back, managed to regain some ground in the final stages, and won. After two training trials, he could not keep up with the progress of others. Stepping up in class, the time gap within his current group is not favorable, and he will need to track from the rear; his finishing kick is lacking compared to the opposition. The synergy between jockey and trainer is not particularly strong, but his prior form and favorable draw make him a horse to watch.
