On 18/9, the horse ran a trial over 1600m on Sha Tin turf (running positions: 1-2-3-2), keeping pace with the leaders. Making a comeback after an extended layoff, this is his first run of the season. Previously, in April, he ran poorly over 2000m on Sha Tin turf, tracking the pace well but lacking a strong finish even in the straight. Fortunately, he was not far behind and only lost by two and a half lengths. A recent trial showed slight improvement. In this upcoming race over 1800m on Sha Tin turf, the horse needs to carry one pound extra. His late acceleration was slightly inferior, and there isn't a particularly strong rapport between the jockey and trainer. However, his early speed is sufficient to actively contest positions; having won twice in this trip previously, he is placed for a place.
