Horse analysis
Three weeks ago, the horse delivered an excellent performance over a Happy Valley mile. While slow to get out of the gates and settled towards the rear, he maintained a steady rhythm throughout, regaining significant ground in the closing stages to finish as runner-up. Fortunately, he was not heavily burdened and was beaten by only half a length. Shifting to Sha Tin over 1800m, this was his first attempt at this distance. His time figures were acceptable, and he prefers to run from the rear; his finishing kick is among the strongest in this field. The jockey and trainer show great understanding, and although the race situation and draw were not ideal, he should be a strong contender this time.
