DREAMING TOGETHER

Four weeks ago, this horse delivered a disappointing performance over a Happy Valley mile, being slow to get going and tiring in the final stages. Switching to Sha Tin over 1800m for his debut at this distance, the trip didn't suit him, and his time didn't stand out. Operating disadvantageously while tracking the leaders, his finishing kick might not have matched his rivals'. The jockey and trainer do not appear to have a particularly cohesive partnership. His result is acceptable given the favorable draw and that he has two pounds less to carry this time, despite a lack of form.
