Four weeks ago, this horse ran a respectable race over a Sha Tin 1600m distance, with a slow start but a strong finishing pace. In a subsequent trial over 1400m on the turf, he benefits from a two-pound weight reduction. This time around, a hold-up tactics are expected, however, the finishing kick may not be competitive enough against rivals. The trainer/jockey combination wasn't ideal previously. He has proven records in this distance and performed similarly to stablemates; with Harry Bentley taking the ride, who is known for controlling horses’ pace, proceed with caution.
