Two weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed well despite a slow jump and settling towards the rear. It made a strong effort in the middle stages and maintained good momentum. This time carrying a four-pound weight reduction, it has failed to win in four attempts at this distance. The plan is again to settle back in the field, however, its finishing kick may not be strong enough against the competition, and the overall situation isn’t ideal. Fortunately, the timing of the group appears favorable, making it a potential rough each-way contender.
