On June 30th, the horse completed a dirt trial over 1200m (sections 8-7-3), initially trailing before gradually moving forward after 200 meters. On June 13th, it trialed on turf at Conghua over 1600m (sections 3-3-3-5) in a relaxed manner with free running. Eight weeks ago, the horse ran over a Happy Valley mile, leading but maintaining an even pace without a strong finishing burst. After a short break, it has undergone two barrier trials showing slight improvement. This time stepping back to Sha Tin over 1400m, carrying five pounds less weight and drawing a favorable barrier, with comparable times within its group, the horse has the opportunity to lead. The form appears good, with Ellis Wong taking the ride; the jockey understands pace control. Despite four previous defeats at this distance and a lack of synergy with the trainer, a clean break should see it attempt an early lead.
