Two weeks ago, this horse performed well over a Sha Tin 1800m race, with a slow jump and settling towards the rear. It made a strong effort in the middle stages, accelerating through both sections of the final two furlongs, chasing hard to finish third, beaten only by one and a half lengths – showing good ability. Another turf trial over 1400m is scheduled, this time with a one-pound weight reduction and competitive section times. The horse appears in good form and poised for success.
