CHANCHENG GLORY

Three weeks ago, this horse ran below expectations over a Sha Tin 1800m race, settling in a good position tracking the leaders with a strong early pace but finishing three and a half lengths behind for sixth place. Last start, it trialled over a Sha Tin 1600m course. This time carrying no additional weight, having won six races from sixteen starts at this distance, with comparable times to its rivals, it has good speed potential. Drawing an advantageous inside barrier presents a favorable situation, and is considered a strong contender in the race. The horse has been training well; a clean jump and an intention to lead should see it perform well.
