HAPPY TOGETHER

Three weeks ago, this horse showed promising form over a Sha Tin 1400m race, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear before finishing strongly in the final two sections to secure second place, beaten by half a length. After a subsequent run, he is now stepping back up to a Sha Tin mile, carrying only a one-pound penalty this time. Having previously recorded three wins over this distance, with comparable times to its rivals, there appears to be good synergy between horse and jockey, and the trainer and jockey maintain a reasonable rapport. The horse has been undergoing focused training; however, his finishing kick may not match that of its opponents, leaving him in an unfavorable position, although opportunities remain possible.
